Hi, my name is Sophie, I am the founder of K-MOVE Education. I studied a Bachelor of Physical Education and Health and have worked within Primary Physical Education and Early Learning settings for over 10 years. I am truly passionate about allowing every opportunity for young people to feel confident and find enjoyment in moving their body.
Movement at this age should be about CURIOSITY, CO-OPERATION and CONNECTION, and importantly building physical literacy and a sense of JOY.
These are the stepping stones to building a life-long LOVE for being physically active.
K-MOVE has been created to build confidence in Early Year Educators to run their own movement programs that align with their teachings, student needs and environment.
